Our listed timber-framed house dating from 1650, offers guests a total of 15 double rooms, 2 single rooms and one family apartment with the style of the house adapted to relax and unwind. The guest rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and free wireless Internet connection. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. A cot is available free of charge, please specify when booking. The hotel has also 2 extra bed,s please specify at time of booking. The Old Town restaurant Sievers hotel in the heart of the old country, offers clients next to the cozy hotel rooms, two cozy fireplace rooms (one for smokers and one for non smoking), a restaurant, a conservatory and a coffee garden with a view on the church of Jork. In the kitchen of the old town restaurants the chef puts an emphasis on quality and freshness. Seasonal dishes are a matter of course. Whether different variations of Glückstädter Hering, various asparagus dishes, plaice "Finkenwerder Art" or "Büsum" but perhaps you would prefer something simple like a Schnitzel with one of our homemade sauces.
